from start to finish. Far in advance of moving day, we will help you organize,
prepare and plan your move, answer all your questions and make sure that you
understand your pricing and insurance options so that you choose what is right
for you and your budget. Since no one wants "surprise charges" once a move is in
progress, we work with each customer in advance to prevent this from happening.
We avoid such charges by thoroughly itemizing everything to be moved ahead of
time so that all items to be moved are accounted for. The choice of packing
fragile items like dishes, glassware, artwork or other valuable items can be
done by the customer or letting us do it so that come moving day, if you need to, we
will do the packing. TLC Moving & Storage, Inc. offers partial and full packing
services. We will carefully disassemble any furniture or equipment for transit
as needed. Once everything has arrived safely, we will reassemble all furniture
and equipment, install it and place all your possessions where you want them to
be-satisfaction
guaranteed!
Our expert relocation consultants will provide you with an estimate given to you
either over the telephone or onsite free of charge. For moves larger than a
studio apartment, we provide an onsite estimate free of charge. All our
estimates are free of charge. Our dedicated relocation consultants assess your
packing and moving requirements and provide you with a fair and accurate price
quote which we put in writing and stand behind as a binding contract upon your
approval and signing.
For your convenience all packing materials and boxes are delivered to your home
or apartment ahead of time so you can begin packing. This is done free of
charge. In addition, all preparation of your home or apartment for the move if
necessary is also free of charge. This includes setting up padding on walls,
doors, floors, elevators and other surfaces that may require additional
protection and are all done ahead of time in anticipation of moving day and all
materials for such preparation are removed after that move has been completed
free of charge. |
