Whether you are moving your office down the hall or from one floor within the
same building or moving an entire corporation across the street, across town,
from one city to another or overseas, TLC Moving & Storage, Inc.
will break each commercial move down into the following phases:
(1) Scheduling a Free Onsite Estimate or
"Walk-through" of your office.(2) Doing the actual
Free Onsite Estimate or "Walk-through" which
includes an evaluation session with a dedicated
relocation consultant or project manager to assess
your current and future floor plans to devise the
most efficient moving strategy based upon your
needs. All done free of charge.
(3) If the customer approves our proposal and
agrees to hire our company, we will deliver all
packing and tagging materials to the site as
specified at the customer's earliest convenience
free of charge.
(4) Marking and tagging all items prior to the
move including: furniture, boxes and equipment to be
tagged by our crew or the company staff in
accordance with the floor plan. This includes
marking of areas in each office in the new space to
insure proper placement of furniture, files and
equipment. If needed, we will disassemble any
furniture or equipment as needed for transit. Once
everything has been relocated safely, we will
reassemble all furniture and equipment, install it
and place everything according to the approved floor
plan all done-satisfaction guaranteed!
